Synopsis:

Is Taiwan more than a pet to be cajoled and patted by USA? Ah-bien regularly goes walk about on the streets with Mr.Ko But A-bien is a stray dog, not the President of ROC. Everyday, Mr.Ko takes Ah-bien to the streets to protest. He believes fervently in his ideals-a kind of Don Quixote transplanted to the Far East.

The world on TV and the world we live in. Which one is more real? Mr. Ko, Ah-bien, reporters, cops and the film student who are making a documentary... The world behind the lens and in the front of the lens. What is real, and what one is not?

阿扁每天都跟著老柯在街頭流浪，牠是條流浪狗，不是中華民國總統；老柯每天都帶著阿扁在街頭抗爭，堅持著理想，就像是東方的唐吉訶德。

九二一那天，颱風來了，結果發生了火災。電視報導的世界和我們生活的世界，究竟誰比較真實？

老柯、阿扁、記者、條子、拍紀錄片的學生……鏡頭下和媒體上，何者為實？何者為虛？

黃信堯 HUANG Hsin Yao

黃信堯 
1973年出生，居住於台南縣七股鄉，國立台南藝術大學音像紀錄研究所創作碩士，目前為獨立紀錄片工作者、
「台北市紀錄片從業人員職業工會」常務理事、國立台南藝術大學「卓越計畫」講師。
紀錄片作品有《唬爛三小》獲金穗獎最佳紀錄片，近年作品受邀國際映演如：
《多格威斯麵》曾於德國卡塞爾文件展映演（Kassel documenta，為世界三大文件展，與威尼斯文件展齊名），
《台中九個九》則獲邀至紐約當代藝術中心（MOMA）作國際交流映演。

Huang Hsin-yao, graduated from the Graduate Institute of Sound and Image in Tainan National University of the Arts. He found ‘’The Image World of Three Bunny’’ production house.

His works participated various international Cultural exchange programs included MOMA and Kassel Documenta. His fourth documentary film ‘’bluffing’’ has won The 29th Golden Harvest Award for best documentary. He is currently an independent filmmaker and executive director of Documentary Media Worker Union.
