從事台灣電影幕後工作經歷編導剪數年,林育賢的作品經常已幽默風趣的快節奏手法,呈現個人對社會人文的細膩觀察,趣味中帶有豐富的省思。

曾以紀錄片【鴉之王道】、【街頭風雲】入圍金馬影展數位短片競賽。2005年拍攝首部劇情式紀錄長片【翻滾吧!男孩】,創下台灣首輪戲院上映長達三個月的票房成績。同時本片於2006年7月進軍日本電影市場。同年商業週刊邀請拍攝製作【一個台灣兩個世界】關懷系列【大象男孩與機器女孩】紀實影片,獲得14大電視與2大網路的感人聯播。2007年首部劇情長片【六號出口】,內容鎖定青少年尋找生命出口議題,深受全國國高中師生感動推薦。

The founder of Jump Boys Films, and has been a long contributing force time in directing, screenwriting, and editing for the Taiwan film industry. His works presented his close studies of human and society; he often presented his views in a humorous way that is still warm and caring.

Lin was nominated for the Golden Horse Digital Short Film Competition for his documentary shorts “Pray for Graffiti” and “His-Men Street”. Lin shot his first full-length documentary in 2005, “Jump! Boys” was critically acclaimed, and set the record for the biggest box office and longest theatre run-time of three months for its genre. “Jump! Boys” was set to be released in Japan in 2006 summer. Director Lin’s documentary in 2006, “Elephant Boy and the Robot Girl” set the record for of airing in 14 television networks. “Exit No. 6” is Director Lin’s first narrative film.
